The CRRC Clinical Team

While all Veterans with housing challenges are welcome to use the CRRC facilities, Veterans who meet eligibility for the CRRC specialized clinical program will receive time limited clinical services which begins with an intake assessment and the development of an individualized service plan created by the Veteran and the CRRC clinical staff member.

The clinical program at the CRRC will help eligible Veterans access medical, substance abuse, and mental health services to work toward achieving the highest level of independence and personal well-being. The goal of the CRRC clinical program is to support Veteran's growth, self-sufficiency, and stability through housing, accessing medical, mental health and substance abuse services and vocational supports.

The CRRC Clinical Team will provide time limited case management and referrals to engage the Veteran in their identified area of need including: medical treatment, substance abuse treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, social supports, housing, referrals for support groups, vocational and employment resources, family intervention, financial guidance and legal resources.
