    From I-95 South
    Take Exit 43 "First Avenue". At bottom of ramp take a right. Proceed to first light and take a right onto Spring Street. Proceed to the next light and take a left onto Front Avenue. Follow Front Avenue to the end. The brick building immediately on your right (with large glass windows) is the home of the Errera Community Care Center.
     
    Please use the entrance on Front Avenue. The center is located on the second floor.
     
    From I-95 North
    Take Exit 43, "Campbell Avenue". At bottom of ramp, take a left onto Campbell Avenue. Proceed to your second light (Krausers) and take right onto Spring Street. Proceed to the second light and make a left onto Front Avenue. Follow Front Avenue to the end. The brick building immediately to your right (with large glass windows) is the home of the Errera Community Care Center. Please use the entrance on Front Avenue.     From the West Haven campus:
